Research for Water Colonies is completed using the same method as on the Mainland. The Technologies are different and are shown on the diagram to the right.
Researching a Water Colony technology costs Sand Dollars instead of Silver/Gold currency which is used on the Mainland.
By hovering your mouse cursor over a technology, you can view:
- the time required to complete a research
- amount of experience points (XP) earned at completion
- buildings unlocked for future building *
- additional technologies unlocked for future research
- sometimes you will only be able to see that X number of buildings are unlocked (ie; +3 buildings unlocked), other times you'll see the names of which buildings are unlocked. We will try to provide all building names as they become available/known.
